Another week down, and an undetermined, unknowable amount of weeks yet to go! I recently learned of a product that lets you track your standing in the 4,000 week average life span of a human. You shade in a dot at the end of each week to presumably gain perspective on life. One of my friends finds this inspiring, but I think this practice would only give me stress dreams.

A Good Cause
For Pete’s Sake Online Auction
Kudos to my sweet mom, Erin Morris Huttlinger, for producing the hell out of this year’s SOLD OUT For Pete’s Sake benefit concert at City Winery. The online auction includes an offering from yours truly—a house show with proceeds benefitting the the Pete Huttlinger Fund for Adult Congenital Cardiac Research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Imagine you were born in a different time. Perhaps your parent’s time or even the time of a child born on this very day. What are your concerns as you look at the world through new eyes. What excites you? What do you fear? Who are your role models? See if any questions arise.
